Excellent location. Perfect for family group. 1/2 block from the ocean.

Came for a beach vacation before kids started school again. The house had everything we needed and was clean spacious and very comfortable. It was close to beaches and a lot of food near by. Had a wonderful stay, perfect for large groups and families.

Our three-generation family of 10, ranging in age from 5 to 77, enjoyed three wonderful nights in this house. We have stayed in many rental homes, and this is probably among the best-equipped and cleanest we’ve seen. The five year old loved the toys, books, and outdoor playthings, and my sons and grandson enjoyed the bikes. We all loved the hot tub and games. The layout of the home was perfect for us. The four teens felt like the upstairs was their private apartment. The location is superb. Among us, we went to a nearby beach, went biking, skateboarding, kayaking, cooked together, and visited shops and restaurants in Capitola and downtown Santa Cruz. Since we are from northern and Southern California, and didn’t have many days available to be together this beautiful home provided a perfect opportunity for us to re-connect.

Crystal clear hot tub ready to go on arrival; two minute walk to surf iconic Pleasure Point; 41st St shops and food just a short walk down Cliff Drive, plenty of space in the house for guests to be comfortable; grill right kitchen works great; A house!
